Question / Issue
I have EFIS on the exterior of my building. At my storefront, the EFIS stops above the store front and there is a weep which is white to allow for drainage if water was ever to get behind the system. Can I paint this? As long as the holes remain, I can't see a problem with it, but I want to double check.

Answer / Solution

You can paint the vinyl trim piece as long as you do not cover the drainage holes.  The paint should have no solvents and should be 100% acrylic.
